Holliday deal falls short!

In the end, the A's were not interested in trading Matt Holliday for the rights to Matt Walker's slowpitch contract - instead opting to ship Holliday to the Cardinals.

well, wk 2 is in the books. and we appear to have reverted back to our normal selves after winning our first two games.
